We're not here to sell you technology for technology's sake. We're here so your team spends less time fighting computers and more time doing the work that actually grows your business. That's Productive IT — and it's the only kind we do.
How we got here
Advise IT Solutions started in 2010 fixing what was broken — the classic break-fix model, one problem at a time. By 2017, we'd seen enough: small businesses didn't need someone to show up after something broke. They needed a partner watching their systems before it did. So we rebuilt the company around managed IT — proactive support, real relationships, and one flat monthly rate instead of a surprise invoice every time something goes wrong.
Today, we serve small businesses across the Inland Empire who'd rather run their business than babysit their network.
As your IT provider, we technically could see almost everything on your network. We don't. If a security tool flags something during a routine check, we ask before we open it — every time. Every technician at AIS signs our code of conduct, and the rule at the top of it is simple: never, ever look at a client's files or data unless the client says it's okay first. Not sometimes. Never.
Everybody clicks the wrong thing eventually. Nobody on our team will ever make your staff feel dumb for it. Our job is to fix the problem, close the gap so it doesn't happen again, and move on — with the same respect we'd want if the roles were reversed. If a client has a rough day and takes it out on one of our techs, they're trained to stay calm and loop in our IT Manager directly, not push back. That's a rule, not a suggestion.
The best compliment we can get isn't "wow, great IT company." It's not thinking about IT at all — because it's just working. That's what Productive IT means to us: technology that clears the way for your business instead of standing in it.
AIS is a small, tight-knit team — backed by trusted specialists we bring in when a project calls for extra hands. It means no call centers, no ticket disappearing into a queue, no explaining your setup to a different stranger every time you call. When you reach out, you're talking to someone who already knows your business — not reading your account number off a screen for the first time.
We're not chasing new clients to replace the ones we lose — because we don't really lose them. Our clients stick around because the work speaks for itself, not because they're locked into a contract they're trying to get out of.
And if you're a business owner nearby who just wants a second opinion on your network, ask us for a free consultation — no strings attached. We'd rather build goodwill in this community than nickel-and-dime a conversation.
